Be honest, why do you sponsor the NZHCS?
The New Zealand cycling community is really special, it embraced me when I was just starting out, so I want to give back, and make sure it continues to thrive all the way across the country. TORQ is doing really innovative and accessible events which cater to a wide variety of recreational cyclists and I love that. It's just a bonus if anyone planning a riding trip overseas remembers that only Ride Holidays is supporting events and getting kids on bikes. Plus, for me personally; I'm a climber. And with my unusual work hours, I love the flexibility that the NZHCS offers to compete on my own schedule.
